Persuasion Arts In Action helps attorneys strengthen their courtroom presence, refine persuasive communication, and present compelling case narratives. Founded by Mark Bauman, the firm combines decades of experience in performance, storytelling, and legal consulting to support attorneys through every stage of trial preparation. From witness coaching to jury selection and trial strategy, the focus remains on effective advocacy and credible presentation. Learn how our approach can support your next case.

The Ten Competencies

To serve trial lawyers more effectively, Mark developed the Top Ten Performance Competencies for Attorneys, a structured system addressing narrative, language, objective, investment, voice and tone, movement and expression, pace, stress, demeanor, and credibility. This framework guides everything we do, from CLE seminars to consulting on complex matters, including a 2016 Arizona Top Ten Civil Verdict.
