Founder, Mark Bauman
Mark Bauman leads Persuasion Arts In Action as founder, theatre professional, and Certified Legal Education Provider. A longtime SAG-AFTRA member, he has worked as an actor, director, and instructor before focusing on trial advocacy. For more than twenty years, Mark has trained attorneys through CLE programs, workshops, and one-on-one courtroom performance coaching, frequently presenting for the State Bar of Arizona. He created the Top Ten Performance Competencies for Attorneys framework and has consulted on complex matters, including a 2016 Arizona Top Ten Civil Verdict.
